Easy Chicken Salad

One 3-4# roast chicken, home roasted or store bought
2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. slivered almonds
4 scallions, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 c. heavy cream
2 T. Chopped Dill
1 T. brown sugar
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cut chciken into small pieces and discard the skin and bones. Put the chicken, grapes, almonds, scallions and celery in large bowl. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, cream, dill, brown sugar, some salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.Chill for one hour before serving.
